About Plumlife

Plumlife have been appointed by the Housing Corporation as Homebuy Agents to provide housing solutions for people who cannot afford to buy a home with just a commercially-available mortgage.  We are non-profit-making and we provide affordable homes for sale all over the North West of England.

We are always looking for opportunities to buy or build more properties to offer our customers and at present we have about 700 new homes in the pipeline.

In general, we offer homes at between 25% and 75% of their open market value to both low and moderate income earners. We keep a stake in the property and charge you rent on the proportion we still own.

This works out cheaper than buying 100% of a house or apartment at once, and you can buy more of your home later, when you can afford to.

We offer a one-stop shop registration service to anyone who lives or wants to live in Greater Manchester and Lancashire. When we have all your details, we can tell housing developers all over the region that you are looking to buy.
