Plumlife’s One-Stop-Shop for Affordable Housing has been designed so that anyone looking for an affordable home in Greater Manchester and Lancashire will only need to fill in one application form to gain access to homes from all the different housing associations, local authorities and some private developers.

For details on all our current developments and those being developed by other housing associations across the region please visit the Property Search section of the website. You may select your preferred development and/or location and this information can be entered on your application.

Once you have completed your application we will require copies of the following documents before we can confirm your eligibility for a low cost home ownership scheme:

1. P60 or last 3 months wage slips

2. A copy of your latest rent statement (if applicable)

3. Evidence of savings (if applicable)

There is still funding available for Open Market Homebuy, priority will be given to those who can move quickly and find property.

If applying for New build Homebuy or First time buyer's initiative please bear in mind that these are scheme specific. Do a property search to find if there is anything you are interested in for viewing and note it on the first page of your application. This choice is not set in stone but will give you a starting point.
