Plumlife will then provide a 17.5% equity share loan to complete the purchase of your home.

The 17.5% equity share loan is rent free and you pay it back when you move on or you can buy it at a later stage.

Please down load the following MY CHOICE HOMBUY application form, once you have filled it in please send it by post to our office with three months wages slips or a pay 60 attached. We will verify your eligibility and forward on to the London provider who will then inform you if you have been successful in obtaining funding
