Paying your rent & other charges

There are plenty of easy ways to pay your rent and service charge. Your home is at risk if you do not keep to your payments so it is important that you pay your rent or service charge in the time and manner stated in your lease. If you are having difficulty making your payments, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do all we can to help.

When should I pay my rent? Payment is due on the first day of the month. You can arrange to pay on an alternative day providing your payment reaches us by the due date.

Easy ways to pay

Direct Debit: Direct Debit is by far the easiest way to pay. Please contact us on 0161 447 5158 to set up a Direct Debit securely over the phone. Alternatively, email resident.services@plumlife.co.uk with a contact number so we can call you.

Debit / Credit Card: Call us on 0161 447 5158 to pay over the phone.

Internet Banking / BACS: Pay directly using the bank details below. You must add your tenancy reference number so that we can trace the payment correctly.
