Plumlife are HomeBuy Agents for Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and South Yorkshire.  A HomeBuy Agent is a one stop shop, allowing you to apply for a whole host of schemes and developments regardless of the supplier, and operate under the 'HomeBuy' brand.

In general, we can offer people who meet the necessary criteria, the chance to buy a home for between 25% and 75% of its market value. We own the rest of the property and charge you rent on this proportion. This works out cheaper than buying 100% of a house or apartment at once, and you can buy more of your home later, when you can afford to.

This scheme is designed to help people step onto the property ladder, and is ideal for those struggling to raise a deposit in today's economic climate.
