These include Shared Ownership and FirstBuy - an Equity loan scheme. Plumlife will also assess the eligibility of applicants before directing them to schemes in their area which best meet their individual needs. This means that first time buyers need apply only once to the central HomeBuy Agent to access all HomeBuy schemes in their area, regardless of who is providing the schemes. In a nutshell - HomeBuy Agents are a 'one stop shop' for first time buyers looking for help getting onto the property ladder.
