What’s your typical day?
I manage and oversee the full end to end sales process of affordable homes and outright sales, as well as helping with marketing and planning for future sites.

How long have you worked at Plumlife?
Since 2004 - where does the time go? I started as a trainee sales advisor before progressing to sales manager.

What do you love the most about your job?
The variety every day and achieving customer satisfaction. When you know that buyers have had a good experience it’s fantastic. Also, the team – we have a really positive team who we always get good feedback about. We’re helping to change people’s lives by getting them into a home and we have the opportunity to share the experience with them from start to finish.

What do you do in your spare time?
I have two young children and together with my husband I am project managing a large extension to our house. This is dominating every hour outside work but the experience and knowledge I have gained during my time at Plumlife has proved very valuable at home!

What’s your typical day?
I manage the Leasehold Property Management team within Plumlife, ensuring that we provide a service that is fully compliant with legislation and provides a high level of customer service. No two days are the same and my role includes reviewing shared ownership leases for new developments, service charge budgets, annual accounts and service delivery to all schemes that Plumlife manage and dealing with day to day enquiries as they occur.

How long have you worked at Plumlife?
I started working for Plumlife in 2007 as a Housing Administrator, progressing to Home Ownership Officer and then Operations Manager.

What do you love the most about your job?
Knowing that our residents live in an environment that is safe, comfortable and well maintained. The team I manage are all dedicated to their role, will always go the extra mile to assist with our customers and it is a pleasure to work with them.

What’s your typical day?
I am the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, be it email or phone, available to provide professional knowledge, advice and assistance. I also support the Lettings Team and Property Managers with more general letting/ lease enquiries and the Rent Officer with income collection.

My role is to handle the delivery of selling Great Places Housing Group Disposal of Void properties.

How long have you worked at Plumlife?
Over 11 years.

What do you love the most about your job?
Achieving as many sales as we can and seeing new property developments take place.

What do you do in your spare time?
I have three grandchildren under the age of two and a half – and three young cats! All of whom I love dearly!

What’s your typical day?
I speak with customers and handle sales leads for developments. I tend to work on site one or two days a week and work with partners such as solicitors and IFAs. I also look after completion appointments.

How long have you worked at Plumlife?
Since October 2013.

What do you love the most about your job?
Variety. And being able to provide customers with real information, helping people get into homes. When everything has gone through and a customer is happy and settled in their new home, it is nice to have helped play a part in that.

What do you do in your spare time?
I try and keep my young son entertained! It’s about spending time with family, reading…and I’m a big fan of coffee!

What’s your typical day?
My typical day can involve anything from speaking to customers to help them with queries, from liaising with solicitors, to choosing bathroom and kitchen tiles for our showhomes and donning site gear to pay a visit to our new properties under construction! I tend to spend a lot of time on the phone and helping to move customers into new properties to ensure it all goes smoothly.

How long have you worked at Plumlife?
It will be ten years very shortly!

What do you love the most about your job?
The variation – no two days are the same! We are always really busy and it might sound cheesy, but I genuinely love being able to provide fantastic properties to people who wouldn’t be able to access them on the open market.

What do you do in your spare time?
I have three children under the age of five so my spare time is spent with them.

What’s your typical day?
It would involve answering emails and talking to customers on the phone about the scheme they live in and, where necessary, reminding them to comply with the terms of their lease. This includes checking service charge budgets, liaising with contractors and ordering repair and improvement work for various housing developments, along with providing information regarding leases and properties to solicitors and mortgage providers.

How long have you worked at Plumlife?
I have been working at Plumlife since 2015.

What do you love the most about your job?
I like my job because it is very busy and varied. No two days are the same and there’s never time to get bored. The job is interesting, but you do have to have a good memory, be organised and be helpful.

What do you love the most about your job?
I enjoy helping out generally with all aspects and believe the products we can offer to our customers are helping them to get onto the housing ladder.

What do you do in your spare time?
I’m currently in the middle of a home decoration project, but I also enjoy reading, gardening and spending time with my friends and family.
