As part of our on-going commitment to get to know our customers better and provide the best possible service, we have commissioned a company called BMG to carry out an independent survey of thousands of our customers which will tell us what you think of the services we provide.
We have carried out this survey several times over the past few years and have worked with BMG for about four years so if you’ve been a Plumlife customer for a while you may have received the survey in the past.
If you are one of the customers who has been randomly selected to receive the survey, it should have dropped through your door recently. You have the option to complete a paper survey or fill in the survey online. We will also be completing some surveys face-to-face if you need additional support to give your views.
Your views are very important to us as they will help us to shape the way we deliver services into the future. We will be offering a generous prize draw to everyone who returns their questionnaire so please take the time to complete it if you are selected.
This survey is being carried out independently of Plumlife and, as such, you will be contacted directly by BMG. You can be assured that any information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and data protection issues will be taken into account.
