Blackpool people struggling to get a foothold on to the property ladder, are about to be offered a step up, thanks to a government scheme backed by Blackpool Council in partnership with Plumlife, part of Great Places Housing Group.
Talbot Road is a fabulous new seaside development of 38 stylish, yet affordable one and two bedroom apartments, situated just a few minutes walk from Blackpool town centre. The homes will be available to buy on a shared ownership basis from just * £28,000! This figure is based on a 35% share (full price £80,000).
