Plumlife is the division of Great Places Housing Group that owns and manages over 1350 properties for leasehold, shared ownership and intermediate rent across the North including Manchester, Cheshire, Oldham, Bury, Bolton, Preston, South Ribble, Blackpool, Fylde and High Peak. Plumlife was originally called Central Methodist Housing Association but changed its name to Plumlife in 2004.

Plumlife estates

Plumlife manages both estates that the Association has built itself and also estates that have been built by private developers. With such a wide range of schemes it can be difficult to understand what your responsibilities are and what Plumlife's are - so if you are unsure or have any queries about the service you can expect from us please contact us on 0161 447 5158 or email resident.services@plumlife.co.uk

The Plumlife Management Team

Services for the residents of Plumlife's homes are provided by the Plumlife Management team who are now based in our Didsbury office.

The Plumlife Management staff consists of the Operations Managers, Resident Services Co-ordinators, Home Ownership Officers and Housing Administrators. Please contact Plumlife if you have any problems or queries about the management of your home.

Visits by Plumlife staff

Each estate is visited regularly by a member of Plumlife staff, when a general inspection is carried out and any repairs needed are noted. All residents are notified of the dates of the visits and the Officer will call to see individual residents on request. The visits are usually combined with a meeting of the Residents' Committee (where these have been formed) or with a representative of the scheme who can pass on queries on behalf of the residents.
