Plumlife estates

Plumlife manages both estates that the Association has built itself and also estates that have been built by private developers. With such a wide range of schemes it can be difficult to understand what your responsibilities are and what Plumlife's are - so if you are unsure or have any queries about the service you can expect from us please contact us on 0161 447 5158 or email resident.services@plumlife.co.uk

The Plumlife Management Team

Services for the residents of Plumlife's homes are provided by the Plumlife Management team who are now based primarily in our Didsbury office. We also have an office in Blackpool.

The Plumlife Management staff consists of the a Regional Manager, a Leasehold and New Tenures Manager, Resident Services Co-ordinators, Home Ownership Officers and Housing Administrators. Please contact Plumlife if you have any problems or queries about the management of your home.

Visits by Plumlife staff

Each scheme is visited four times a year by a member of Plumlife staff, when a general inspection is carried out and any repairs needed are noted. Two of these visits will be announced and the Officer will call to see individual residents on request; the other two will be unannounced. The visits can be combined with a meeting of the Residents' Committee (where these have been formed) or with a representative of the scheme who can pass on queries on behalf of the residents.
