Buildings Insurance

As mentioned in the FAQs, Plumlife has a block insurance policy which covers all of our buildings - the current policy is held with Zurich.  

• You can download a copy of the policy here.
• If you want to make a claim, you should download and complete the claim form.

Before sending the form to Zurich it is important that you contact Plumlife so that we can confirm that your claim is eligible and can provide you with the necessary information to complete the form and authorise the claim.

Once you have spoken to us and we have authorised your claim, you should send your completed form to the following address:

Contents Insurance

The buildings insurance we arrange does not cover the contents of your home - we strongly advise you to take out a separate house contents insurance policy to cover your furniture and personal belongings.

Plumlife, through its parent company Great Places, has a scheme with Aviva which offers contents insurance at reasonable rates. This is arranged directly between you and Aviva and Plumlife do not benefit from any policy taken out.
