How do I pay my rent / service charge?

Your home is at risk if you do not keep to your payments so it is important that you pay your rent and/or service charge a month in advance, as stated in your lease.  

In general, payment is due on the 1st of the month however it is possible to arrange to pay on an alternative day of the month providing that you are always paying one month in advance. If you would like to arrange this please contact us.

You can pay using the following methods:

  • Credit / Debit card - call us to pay over the phone on 0161 447 5158
  • Direct Debit - please call us to arrange to pay by direct debit, or you can request a direct debit form by completing our online form.
  • Internet Banking / BACS payments - you can arrange to pay us using the bank details below. PLEASE NOTE: You MUST attach your tenancy reference to the payment so we trace it correctly

Getting behind with payments

If a payment is not showing on your account within the first few days of the month, arrears action may be taken to recover the money. If you are having financial difficulties please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to help, and come to an arrangement regarding the payments on your account.
