Administration Fees

There are a number of situations where we carry out work relating to an individual leaseholder where there is no benefit to our other leaseholders. For example, further copies of accounts which have previously been provided, consent to remortgaging applications etc. This type of work has increased significantly over the last few years and as a result we may now charge the individuals concerned as per the terms of their lease.
