Insurance- leaseholders

Plumlife hold the building insurance for the properties which we manage. For those insured under the Plumlife block policy,  the excess is £100. For those schemes insured under different policies, the excess will vary.

In the event of a claim please contact the Plumlife office immediately. Please do not authorise a contractor to proceed without obtaining approval unless the damage has left your home insecure or unsafe.

We strongly advise that residents take out insurance on their contents.
