Administration Fees
There are a number of situations where we carry out work relating to an individual leaseholder where there is no benefit to our other leaseholders. For example, further copies of accounts which have previously been provided, consent to remortgaging applications etc.
This type of work has increased significantly over the last few years and as a result we may now charge the individuals concerned as per the terms of their lease.
These adminstration fees are:
| Remortgage applications | £50 |
| Consent for alterations | £25 (if no inspection necessary)
£50 (if inspection necessary) |
| Notice of Assignment | £30 |
| Copies of Accounts 3 yrs | £15 (per year) |
| (previously issued & insurance) |
| Copy of lease | £30 (or as per solicitor's charges) |
| Management Questionnaire | £60 (£100 if inc 3 years accounts) |
| Transfer of Names | £30 |
Additional copies of correspondence At manager's discretion
