Improvements

You may wish to carry out improvements to your home such as a new kitchen or bathroom but it will be necessary to get our written agreement first. Plumlife will give consent or reasons for refusal in writing. Plumlife will not benefit from any increase in the value of your home as a result of the improvements. If you decide to sell your home, please advise your surveyor of the improvements.
