Insurance- shared owners

Insurance is held by your managing agent. For those properties insured under Plumlife’s block policy there is £100 excess, but others may vary.

In the event of a claim please contact your managing agent immediately. Please do not authorise a contractor to proceed without obtaining approval unless the damage has left your home unsecure or unsafe.

We strongly advise that residents take out insurance on their contents.
