What’s your typical day?
I don’t have a typical day. My role spans across overseeing the leasehold, shared ownership and market rent management teams for the organisation, so I could be reviewing a lease or a new site one day, bidding for new business another or attending a meeting regarding health and safety the next day.

How long have you worked at Plumlife?
I have been with Plumlife since 2004, I joined as a Home Ownership Officer and then have progressed through the ranks!

What do you love the most about your job?
The variation, no two days are the same and this keeps coming to work fresh and exciting. I also enjoy the freedom I’m given to run the service in the way I think will benefit our customers the most.

What do you do in your spare time?
A few years ago I would have said travelling to this question as I really enjoyed visiting far flung places particularly in South East Asia. However, I now have two small children so this is not quite as easy and my spare time is spent doing homework!
