Alongside our parent company Great Places Housing Group, we’re really proud to have recently started works on a flagship development of 160 new affordable homes on Worrall Street in Salford. As part of this exciting new project, BBC Interior Design Masters winner Lynsey Ford has agreed to create a bespoke brand for the development, and interior design the shared resident spaces and suite of show homes.
Positioned a stone’s throw from the iconic Manchester Ship Canal, the site is part of the Ordsall Waterfront regeneration corridor which stretches all the way from Salford Quays to Regent Road. These new homes due to be ready in Spring 2025 will give aspiring homeowners the opportunity to get onto the property ladder in this popular area through the Shared Ownership and Rent-to-buy schemes.

Lynsey Ford will create imagery, visuals and interiors for this development, with the purpose of creating a unique space to live in that shows off that it is possible for people on all budgets to create a beautiful space that they can call home.
