Plumlife Homes December 2022 promotional offer terms and conditions
These terms and conditions refer to the promotional offer (“Promotion”) brought to you by Plumlife Homes, a trading name of Great Places Housing Group Ltd, whose registered office is at 2A Derwent Avenue, Manchester, M21 &QP (“Plumlife”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
The Promotion is open to people looking to become a new Plumlife customer but not to employees of Great Places Housing Group Ltd, or any organisation professionally involved in this Promotion, or their close relatives. By using this Promotion, you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such Promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.
The Promotion is open to people who confirm reservation to purchase a specific property from Plumlife between December 5th and December 23rd.
This offer is subject to our standard terms and conditions of purchase specific terms and conditions of use.
The promotion is as follows:
If someone reserves a Plumlife property from one of the following developments between December 5th and December 23rd, Plumlife will waiver all reservation fees. The names of the developments that this Promotion applies to are called: The Brooks, Montague Place, Oak Leigh Gardens, Vernon Gardens, Calico Grove, White Flower Mews, Belle Vue Place or Mabel Gardens. This Promotion will be for no other property or development that Plumlife is selling.
In addition, people who reserve a property at The Brooks, Montague Place or Oak Leigh Gardens will receive complimentary carpets in the property, at a date to be confirmed after the sale has completed.
In addition, people who reserve a property at Vernon Gardens, Calico Grove, White Flower Mews, Belle Vue Place or Mabel Gardens will receive £500 towards their legal fees at a date to be confirmed during the sales process.
The Promotion is only available to people who reserve a property within the desired time frame and then go on to complete a purchase on the property.
This Promotion is restricted to a number of properties available at each development and Plumlife reserve the right to cancel this promotion at any time during the Promotional period, for any reason.
If you agree to this Promotion on the reservation of a property and subsequently cancel your reservation, the Promotional offers will no longer apply to you.
We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage from the Promotion (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion) or from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Plumlife reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and/or at its absolute discretion refuse the Promotion or withdraw the Promotion from a participant or beneficiary at any time without notice.
Homebird social media competition – March 2024
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Plumlife Homes whose Instagram handle is @plumlife_homes. The “Prize” refers to one (1) £100 voucher to spend in a Homebird store.
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 14th March 2024 at 16:00. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter on 14th March 2024 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
The Promoters competitions with entry via Instagram are open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants that entered via Instagram only.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
Multiple entries per person will be accepted.
Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by following @plumlife_homes and @homebird_intertiors on Instagram, liking the post, tagging a friend, and commenting with what they would purchase from Homebird with their voucher.
There is one (1) bonus entry if the entrant shares the competition post on their story and tags @plumlife_homes and @homebird_intertiors in their story on Instagram.
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random winner generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s Instagram username will be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
The winner will be contacted via Direct Message on Instagram from the official Plumlife Homes Instagram account @plumlife_homes.
