The Plumlife Portal is our new customer portal that allows you to check and manage key aspects of your property/lease agreement on any device, at a time that suits you.
To help answer any questions you may have and get you started, we’ve put together a series of videos to help you make the most of this new service.
We need to have an up to date email address registered on your account for you to sign up to the Plumlife Portal. If you have never contacted us before by email, or you have recently changed your email address, please provide us with up to date information by completing the form below.
If you’ve not yet logged on, give it a go and see what you’ve been missing! In order to do this for the first time you’ll need the email address we have registered for you, date of birth and/or your move in date, and a password of your choice.
You’ll also need your unique Tenancy/Property Reference Number. Don’t worry if you don’t know your Reference Number – you can request this quickly and easily by emailing email@example.com and typing Tenancy/Property ID in the subject and you will receive an automated response with the information.
Plumlife Homes is a subsidiary of Great Places Housing Group, so emails may come from Great Places during the registration process. Once you have been identified as a Plumlife Homes customer, communications will be sent from Plumlife.
Let’s be honest, we all forget our passwords from time to time, but it’s quick and easy to reset or change it on the Plumlife Portal.
