So, while some of our services run throughout the nights and weekends, our core office team might not be able to respond to you during those periods.

Outside working hours you can call 0161 447 5050 (option 2), this will then route through to Orbis, our out-of-hours call-handling service, at your local call rate.

You can also email emergency repairs to who work on our behalf, they usually respond to emails within 30 minutes.


What is classed an emergency?

  • A complete loss of power “” but first, please carry out a trip test to try and identify the problem
  • Having no heating or hot water in the winter
  • A leak that cannot be contained
  • Doors or ground floor windows that are insecure.
