The 53-year-old was able to safely move into her new home as the Plumlife team adapted their processes and procedures to adhere with strict government health and safety guidance.

After reserving the home back in February, it wasn’t long after until the government announced strict lockdown measures to help fight the spread of the Coronavirus.

Nia said:

I was worried I wouldn’t be able to move into my new home and that I would be stuck in my old place which didn’t have any outside space.

But thankfully, when the contracts exchanged, the Sales Advisor Michelle, contacted me to ask me if I wanted to move or wait until lockdown eased. I jumped at the chance to move as I was unhappy in my old home and lockdown was taking its toll.

I was able to complete the paperwork electronically. Then on the day of completion, Michelle called me to go through the process and made me feel at ease.

Michelle arrived at the house just before me, to check everything and give it a clean. I waited outside then she came out of the house and got in her car. I then went inside and Michelle phoned me to go through everything.

The process went very smoothly and I felt safe at all times. It’s been a blessing to be locked down in my beautiful new home, I now have lovely garden where I can enjoy the sunshine.

I highly recommend Plumlife, they have helped me move into my new home even in these exceptional times. Michelle and the team have been very helpful and accommodating.
