We are proud to be kickstarting September with some fabulous news!

Plumlife Homes have received two Highly Commended Awards at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2023! This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing Shared Ownership homes and offering the best options for first-time buyers throughout the North West and across Yorkshire.

We’re excited to have received the Highly Commended Awards during the ceremony on Friday 1st September, in the following categories

1. Affordable Housing Provider of the Year: With homes available via Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy in areas of high-demand, we’re proud to be giving many people a chance to get on the property ladder. This Highly Commended award reflects our dedication to making homeownership accessible for everyone, thank you to everyone who voted for us!
2. Best New Development in The North – The Poplars: Situated in the ever popular area of Stockport, our Poplars development has played a vital role in providing local people with a home in the area they want to call home. Thank you to everyone who voted for us in this category too!
