What is Rent to Buy?
The Rent to Buy scheme is effectively a way you can ‘try before you buy’. It allows you to rent your home at a reduced rate, while you save up for a deposit to purchase it in the future.
But there’s no rush, and you don’t have to make the decision next week. At Worrall Street, you won’t even need to make it next year. The whole point is easing you into the process one step at a time.

Once you have registered your interest please complete our online application form to confirm your eligibility for the Rent to Buy scheme.
We will then assess your eligibility and if successful, you will receive an invite to book an appointment where you’ll be able to reserve your preferred apartment.
Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis by appointment only. Please note, due to high levels of demand you will not be able to reserve a specific apartment until you have paid your holding deposit and you have received a confirmation of reservation email.
