How do I get involved?

Plumlife is always keen to hear more about what residents think about our homes, services and communities. There are several different ways you can get involved.

Surveys

We sometimes conduct surveys to find out what you think of our services. These are a valuable way for us to find out more about how people feel and we use this information to review and improve what we do.

Residents’ Committees

We encourage people to form Residents’ Committees in their own communities and developments. This helps us involve you in decisions about how your development is run and managed.

For Plumlife to recognise your Committee, you will need to make sure it is properly established and that membership is open to all residents. We can help you with this.

Scheme Champions

Scheme Champions are residents/customers who would like to be actively involved in the day-to-day management of their development. Their involvement varies depending on where they live, but they generally act as the ‘eyes and ears’ of customers and liaise with Property Managers to flag any issues.
